Andrea Rosen has been an Emera Director since 2007.

She was Vice Chair of TD Bank Financial Group and President of TD Canada Trust from 2002 to 2005. Previously, she was Executive Vice President of TD Commercial Banking and Vice Chair of TD Securities. Andrea also served as Vice President of Varity Corporation from 1991 to 1994. Between 1981 and 1990, she held a variety of roles at Wood Gundy Inc. (later CIBC Wood Gundy), eventually becoming Vice President and Director.

Andrea is a Director of Manulife Financial Corporation, a Canadian multinational insurance company and financial services provider. She is also a Director on the Boards of Ceridian HCM Holding Inc., a global human capital management software company, Element Fleet Management Corp., a leading global fleet management company, and the Institute of Corporate Directors. Andrea is a former director of the Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) and of Hiscox Ltd.

Andrea received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and her Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
